Des dirigeants et des experts du monde entier se sont joints \u00e0 des millions de participants pour le lancement de \u00ab Think Tank 2022 \u00bb, un r\u00e9seau mondial multisectoriel, par la M\u00e8re de la paix<\/a> le Dr Hak Ja Han Moon, lors du 6e Rassemblement de l'espoir<\/a> pour la r\u00e9unification pacifique de la p\u00e9ninsule cor\u00e9enne. Le Rassemblement de l'espoir, parrain\u00e9 par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration pour la paix universelle (FPU<\/a>), a \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 en direct de la Cor\u00e9e du Sud vers 194 pays et traduit en 14 langues. Le ballet folklorique cor\u00e9en par les Little Angels a offert un spectacle \u00e9poustouflant, tandis que d'\u00e9minents dirigeants, dont les 12 orateurs principaux du rallye, ont affirm\u00e9 et renforc\u00e9 le concept de Think Tank 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e9s dans l'actuelle Cor\u00e9e du Nord, les cofondateurs de la FPU, le Dr Moon et son d\u00e9funt mari, le r\u00e9v\u00e9rend Dr Sun Myung Moon, ont fui vers le sud pendant la guerre de Cor\u00e9e et ont consacr\u00e9 leur vie \u00e0 promouvoir un monde plus pacifique et \u00e0 r\u00e9unifier la Cor\u00e9e. Think Tank 2022, qui d\u00e9veloppera des \u00ab groupes de travail d'experts \u00bb li\u00e9s aux sept associations internationales de la FPU, m\u00e8nera des initiatives de consolidation de la paix<\/strong> telles qu'un parc de la paix des Nations Unies sur la DMZ, la construction d'un tunnel sous-marin entre la Cor\u00e9e et le Japon, la stimulation du d\u00e9veloppement touristique du mont Geumgang et l'aide aux familles cor\u00e9ennes s\u00e9par\u00e9es pour retrouver leurs proches. Le Think Tank 2022 m\u00e8nera \u00e9galement des consultations d'enqu\u00eate, des conf\u00e9rences internationales sur le leadership, un grand Sommet mondial 2021 en Cor\u00e9e du Sud, et mettra en place une \u00ab Association de secours d'un million de personnes. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dix gouverneurs de provinces sud-cor\u00e9ennes, o\u00f9 le Think Tank 2022 sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans cinq r\u00e9gions, ont f\u00e9licit\u00e9 le Dr Moon, qui a accueilli le rassemblement. World leaders and experts joined millions of global participants for the launch of \u201cThink Tank 2022,\u201d a global multi-sector network, by Mother of Peace<\/a> Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon during the 6th Rally of Hope<\/a> for the peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula. The virtual event, held May 9 KST, reached an unprecedented 1.7 billion people worldwide, according to a recent report compiled from global media data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere is no question that the time is ripe for such an initiative,\u201d said Ban Ki-Moon, former United Nations Secretary-General and chairman of Think Tank 2022. \u201cThis network will make a difference for peace on the Korean Peninsula through international unity<\/strong>\u2026 I applaud Dr. Moon, UPF, and the thousands of experts who endorse Think Tank 2022.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rally of Hope, sponsored by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF<\/a>), was streamed live from South Korea to 194 nations and translated into 14 languages. There was stunning entertainment by the Little Angels Children\u2019s Folk Ballet of Korea while prominent leaders, including the rally\u2019s 12 keynote speakers, affirmed and enhanced the concept of Think Tank 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A global multi-sector network, Think Tank 2022 comprises more than 2,000 experts from a wide range of fields\u2014government, business, academia, faith, media, arts and culture\u2014dedicated to the collaborative search for solutions to the world\u2019s most critical challenges. \u201cAs leaders from around the world who cherish the values of faith, family, democracy and justice under law,\u201d said former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, \u201cI commend you for coming together at this event to continue to sow the seeds of peace<\/strong>, believing that in time we will reap a harvest of peace that will benefit the people of Korea, the United States and all mankind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in present-day North Korea, UPF co-founders Dr. Moon and her late husband, Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon, fled to the south during the Korean War and have devoted their lives to advancing a more peaceful world and reuniting Korea. Think Tank 2022, which will develop \u201cExpert Working Groups\u201d linked to UPF\u2019s seven international associations, will spearhead peacebuilding initiatives<\/strong> such as a UN Peace Park on the DMZ; building a Korea-Japan undersea tunnel; boosting Geumgang Mountain tourism development; and helping separated Korean families find their relatives. Think Tank 2022 will also carry out fact-finding consultations, international leadership conferences, a major World Summit 2021 in South Korea, and implement a \u201cOne Million People\u2019s Relief Association.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA reunified, denuclearized Korean Peninsula will bring massive peace and prosperity to the peninsula and to the region,\u201d said Mike Pompeo, former CIA Director and U.S. Secretary of State. \u201cReligious freedom is indeed the foundation of all freedoms.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ten governors of South Korean provinces, where Think Tank 2022 will be presented in five regions, congratulated Dr. Moon, who hosted the rally. Many speakers, including former Republic of Korea Prime Minister Chung Sye-Kyun and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, praised the timeliness of Think Tank 2022 where \u201cinternational cooperation and solidarity<\/strong> is needed now more than ever,\u201d said Chung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Africa, Zanzibar President Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi recalled that Africans took part in the Korean War and long for peace and democracy in that region. The peaceful reunification of Korea will lead to \u201cexplosive growth,\u201d said renowned American businessman and investor Mr. Jim Rogers, chairman of Rogers Holdings, Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. David Beasely, executive director of the United Nations World Food Programme, the world\u2019s largest humanitarian organization and 2020 recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, said, \u201cThis rally is reaching across continents, uniting people all over the world in a spirit of peace, mutual prosperity and public service<\/strong>.\u201d Governments have failed because they couldn\u2019t go beyond \u201ctheir bureaucracies, their biases, and their fears,\u201d said Newt Gingrich, former U.S. Speaker of the House of Representatives. Think Tank 2022 offers a new way for people from multiple nations to work together \u201coutside the traditional, formal structures\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTimes of crisis often tend to be the moments of greatest opportunity,\u201d said Mark Esper, former U.S. Secretary of Defense. \u201cAs in the past, so too in the future; a strong and ready military, one embedded in a network of alliance and partnerships will be critical in this new era of great power competition that is now upon us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peace wishes were given by Rev. Jonathan Falwell, senior pastor of Thomas Road Baptist Church in Virginia; Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani; El Salvador Vice President Felix Ulloa; Prof. Sarah Gilbert, a virologist who co-developed the Oxford Vaccine in response to COVID-19; former European Commission President Jos\u00e9 Manuel Barroso; and former Nigeria President Olusegun Obasanjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Moon and world leaders from all continents signed a resolution formally establishing Think Tank 2022, which aims to make impact over the next 18 months.
